Many homeowner's and renter's insurance policies cover items in storage, but you should check with your provider. We also offer insurance options that you can purchase when you rent a unit.

Prohibited items include flammable materials, hazardous materials, perishables, live plants or animals, illegal substances, and unregistered vehicles. If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact our facility management for clarification.

We offer multiple payment options including online payments through our customer portal, automatic recurring payments, in-person payments at our office during business hours, and payments by mail. Most customers prefer the convenience of our online payment system, which allows you to manage your account 24/7.

Climate-controlled units maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level year-round, protecting sensitive items from extreme temperature changes. These units are recommended for storing electronics, wooden furniture, musical instruments, artwork, important documents, and other items that may be damaged by temperature fluctuations or humidity. Standard units are suitable for items that aren't sensitive to temperature changes.

We typically require at least 7 days' notice before you vacate your unit. This helps us prepare for the unit turnover and ensures that your account can be properly closed. Please notify our office in writing or through your online account when you're planning to move out. Remember to remove all your belongings and leave the unit clean to avoid additional charges.
